Regular sex lowers blood pressure as it's considered exercise.  In women, during orgasm the hormone Oxytocin is released which directly reduces blood pressure.

The same antibodies produced during exercise are also occur with sex.  People who have sex one to 3 times a day take fewer sick days.  On the flip side, those who have to much sex miss a lot of work because they’re always shagging!!

I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that sex is a great stress reliever. But did you know that generally sex is important for mental health, this is because the hormone serotonin is released which is linked to happy and clear brain function.
