Secret me collects information such as name, address and contact information in order to fulfil orders.

No payment information is collected as our preference is for the use of secure third party payment providers such as Paypal, Strip and BitPay.

No data collected from our customers will be shared with third parties however this information may be used internally for marketing profiles.

Products

All products are sold as new and will be in the original packaging from the manufacturer.  Care should be given to your product to ensure proper safe use.

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched same day (for orders received before 2pm AEST) via Australia Post Express.  Tracking information will be sent to you on dispatch.

Secretme takes no responsibility for late deliveries caused by Australia Post.

Any special requests to have parcels left must be made leaving comments in your order otherwise all orders will be shipped as "signature required".

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal (preferred), credit card or BitPay.  Secretme does not record or store payment information

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for 30 days after the product has been dispatched.  All returns must be sent back in original packaging, unopened.

When returning an item a copy of the receipt must be present as well as a note explaining the reason for return.

A 1 year warranty is provided on all items purchased from Secretme.

A restocking fee of $9.95 will apply to all unwanted or change of mind items returned to cover shipping costs.
